An Extra Old Cognac with a surprising blend of six eaux-de-vie from the most prestigious vintages that come together to create this exceptional cognac. Patiently aged in French oak barrels, the eaux-de-vie are carefully blended to perfection after reaching optimum maturity. These eaux-de-vie give rise to a delicate bouquet of fruit and sweet spices.  The finish is exceptionally long, revealing a well-balanced rancio typical of very old cognacs.

Eye:  Golden amber.

Nose:  Perfectly blended, a complex bouquet of dried fruit and rich spice aromas.

Palate:  Draped in licorice flavors, with wonderful length.

A refined and accomplished XO cognac, created in the image of Roland Bru

Crafted in the image of Roland Bru during the period he crafted this Cognac, this is a well-aged Cognac with elegance and refined aromas. Roland Bru XO Cognac is exquisite, crafted from eaux-de-vie from the region's finest vintages such as Fins Bois and Petite Champagne.  

Aged for at least 10 years, Roland Bru XO Cognac is a blend of Cognacs patiently aged in authentic French barrels.

Roland Bru waited until the precious nectar reached sufficient maturity to create the balanced eaux-de-vie found today. In 1955, Roland Bru acquired the property and began producing cognac on the Sireuil estate, located near the Charente.

The Cognac Houses own 20 hectares of vineyards in Grande Champagne and 40 hectares in Fins Bois. They also work in partnership with local winegrowers. Operated for three generations by the Bru family, the Moisins distillery has been a magical place for many years. He decided that to make the best Cognacs, one had to be very patient, and so he set aside some of his oldest and finest Cognacs to let them age even longer.
