LVO “La Vie en Or” represents  the perfect synthesis between the resolutely contemporary design of the DEAU carafe, the gold of its facing in its original purity and the precious cognac that it preserves. LVO “La Vie en Or” is hand-dressed in 24-carat gold leaf by the Parisian silversmith ARTHUS BERTRAND in accordance with the tradition of medal companions.

Exceptional decanter, very pure and very sober, LVO preserves the secret of a rare cuvée, of great distinction. The blend, only very old Grande Champagne, comes from the greatest Cognacs of Maison DEAU, preserved in the tranquility of an underground cellar buried in limestone. LVO develops a sumptuous bouquet and asserts a deep sensuality. Dressed in a beautiful amber color, this exceptional cognac gradually gives us an impressive palette of superb scents.

Beyond its powerful rancio, characteristic of cognacs of great age, appear aromas of ripe and stewed fruit, honey, pear, peach, figs and bitter almonds. Then come scents of cinnamon, vanilla, blond tobacco, rice powder.

This cognac, with a dense and complex structure, reveals an ample, mellow, rich and balanced palate. Power comes next, the amplitude of the flavors, the complexity of the aromas reminiscent of Havana and liquorice and an unparalleled aromatic persistence. The decanter nestles in a subtly refined white case. Placed on its base, it is a real decorative object. LVO “La vie en Or” is intended for true connoisseurs and collectors sensitive to the aromatic complexity and rarity of the bottle.
