Absinthe was part of the quintessence of “Belle Époque” society, it was revered by the artistic world which elevated it to the rank of muse “the green fairy”. Today this emblematic liqueur is reborn from its ashes to enchant our cocktails with its green color and its inimitable fragrance.
The magic of plants and their maceration, a true alchemy, the slow distillation of herbs and aromatics chosen for their great taste value, the know-how of the Master blender will bring to "LA PIPETTE VERTE" all the qualities required of a great absinthe.
Our GREEN PIPETTE follows the process of an individual maceration of aromatics, green anise, fennel, mugwort, coriander, star anise, hyssop, in neutral ethyl alcohol at 45 °, before redistillation of each macerate then second maceration of the mixture to obtain a natural coloring, Lemon balm, Hyssop, Veronique, then cold filtration of the product.
This traditional manufacturing method offers a very aromatic and particularly refined production and a very pretty brilliant color pulling on olive green.
Our absinthe gives birth to the nose of aromas of anise, liquorice, fennel, thyme, with a herbaceous note and a fruity background. Beautiful complexity on the palate with a subtle balance between anise and liquorice with a vegetal finish
