Muldoon Irish Whiskey Liqueur is sweet on the nose, but less so on the pallet with an undeniable smoothness and warmth.  The soft Irish Whiskey is hugely complemented by the sweetness of the toffee.  Muldoon is often enjoyed alone, or it can, unusually, be mixed with whiskey or whisky.  It’s a fabulous ingredient for cocktails and has been the secret weapon of many a chef when it comes to both sweet and, surprisingly, savoury dishes.  It has recently become quite a hit in emerging vegan circles, as it has all the benefits and smoothness of a cream liqueur without any of the dairy.
