Grappa aged and patiently refined in French oak barrels which give it its characteristic golden color and a large bouquet.

This distillate is obtained from the pomace used for the production of Recioto della Valpolicella, one of the Venetian pearls obtained from grapes dried for long months.

the limited production makes the tasting even more pleasant. We recommend tasting at room temperature of 20 degrees, served in large glasses to better appreciate its aromas.
