Pleasant sparkling wine of yellow straw color, with fine and long-lasting bubbles. Young and gracious, it gives incense fruity scents and is jauntily fresh and well-balanced. Grape Variety: Well balanced blend of white grapes varieties Northern Italy, Chardonnay and Pinot.

Of light and brilliant yellow straw colour , i t has fine and persistent perlage, elegant, delicate smell, with pleasant floral notes of wisteria and elder and fruity scents of peach and pear. The flavour is fresh and stimulating.

Serve chilled: 6-8 °C.

Great aperitif, it perfectly matches starters, cold cuts, risotto, white meat, and grilled fish.
